We've created a virtual buying and selling experience that includes 3-D home tours, virtual open houses for serious buyers, virtual private showings and virtual Broker open houses in may markets. These strategies give buyers the opportunity to experience the property in detail, imagine what it might be like to live in the home, and ask questions all from the comfort of their laptop or mobile device.

Our in-house graphic design team of trained graphic designers have created a suite of digital brochures, e-magazines, social media campaigns, videos, and email campaigns all ready for you to enjoy.
REAL SCOUT HOME SEARCH
We've partnered with RealScout, the industry's #1 Collaborative Home Search Experience to create a home search experience that out performs any other online search portal. RealScout gives buyers the opportunity to provide direct feedback on any property, narrowing the search until they find their dream home.
DOTLOOP AND DEPOSITLINK
Leading Edge has been a paperless brokerage for many years. We provide our clients the convenience of electronic signatures through Dotloop and now secure funds transfers through DepositLink make the transaction process seamless.
VIRTUAL HOME BUYING SOLUTION
1. Virtual consultations via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Hangouts etc.
2. Electronic document signatures via Dotloop
3. Online Home Search
4. Virtual Tours
a. 3D virtual tour online (if available)
b. Live virtual tour (virtual open house or virtual private showing)
5. Make an offer
a. When the seller has an “acceptable” offer, that buyer will be allowed in to see the
property within 24 hours and after the viewing the seller will execute the offer
6. Contract to purchase is executed
7. Electronic deposit transfer via DepositLink
8. Inspection (unless waived)
9. Appraisal
10. Smoke/CO inspection is deferrable for 90 days after restrictions are lifted,
buyer responsibility
11. Financing commitment
12. Title V if applicable
13. Final in-person walk-through
14. Closing

a. We will provide you with guidance on de-cluttering and staging
b. Every Leading Edge listing will have a Seller’s Description of property
c. You take the photos, our staff will edit them and create a virtual tour
4. Virtual Open House
a. We will advertise and promote a virtual open house
b. Seller will do a live video tour during the virtual open house at which your agent
will be online answering questions
5. Virtual Private Showings
a. We will schedule private showings
b. Seller will do a live video tour during the virtual showing at which your agent will
be online answering questions
6. Offer
a. Upon an “acceptable” offer, the buyer will be allowed in to see the property within
24 hours and after the viewing the seller will execute the offer
7. Contract to purchase is executed
8. Buyers deposit will be electronically transferred via DepositLink
9. Inspection (unless waived)
10. Purchase and Sale agreement is executed
11. Appraisal
